The Avoyelles 1850 Census shows Eulalie as the widow Zenon Bordelon. Still at home was Norbert. Also living with her was the widow Valery Mayeux (her daughter Eulalie) and the grandchildren: Marceline, Privoz, Dorsin, Cleophine & Helena Mayeux. Eulalie was living between J. B. & Aimee Bonnette and Sylvert and Eliza Bordelon.

The 1860 Census shows Eulalie as a widow living alone. Living on one side was her son Louis F. Bordelon and his first wife Aimee. On the other side was his daughter, Eulalie, the widow Valery Mayeux and her children. Value of the real estate was $3,500.
