Irene Martin
BIDDEFORD - Irene Martin, 75, of Southview Drive, died Monday at Southern Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Portland on May 9, 1928, a daughter of Philippe and Rose Dansereau Martin, was educated from St. Joseph's.
She worked for a few years at Bates Manufacturing, then moved to Hartford, Conn., where she worked for several years. She later returned to Biddeford to care for her aging mother.
Ms Martin was a member of St Joseph Church.
Surviving are her longtime companion, Antonio DeSiva of Biddeford, two sister, Theresa Roberts of Biddeford and Annette Giroux of Pompano Beach, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.
