The approximate year of death was taken from a legal proceeding to determine tutorship of minor children. This occured on May 4, 1776 and indicated the ages of each child which, in turn was used to record the approximate year of each individual birth.

Magdelaine married Mathias HAYDEL, son of Ambroise HAYDEL and Marguerite SCHOFF. (Mathias HAYDEL was born in 1733 in German Coast, St John, LA, USA and died on 2 Feb 1800.)
