The real estate involved is a certain parcel of land together with the buildings thereon, situated in Old Orchard Beach in the County of York and State of Maine, and being lots numbered Eighty Eight (88) to One Hundred Two (102), inclusive, as shown on Plan of Old Orchard Terrace, which Plan is recorded in the Registry of Deeds for said County of York in Plan Book 6, Page 20, and being the same premises conveyed by Rene Octeau and Yvette Octeau, husband and wife, to the said Myra I. Luce by Quit - Claim Deed, dated August 20, 1956, and recorded in the York Registry in Book 1310, at Page 523;
