Biddeford Airman Wins Recognition
FAIRBANKS. Alaska \emdash b0 Airman 1. C. Raynald Bineau, whose parents are Mr..and Mrs.
Stephen Hallczuk of R.F.D. 1, Mountain Road, Biddeford, Me., has been recognized for helping his unit earn the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.
The airman is in the 5010th Combat Support Group at Eielson AFB, Alaska.
The unit was cited for exceptionally meritorious achievement by providing assistance for the people of Fairbanks and the surrounding communities during the severe floods in that area last August.
Airman Bineau is a 1964 graduate of Biddeford High School.
