Martel-Fizzette Wedding Held In Biddeford

The marriage of Linda Nancy Fizzette, daughter of Mr and Mrs Orin Fizzette, 16 Jefferson's Court, Biddeford, and Richard Paul Martel, 16 Westland Ave., Biddeford, son of Mr and Mrs Armand Martel of Lewiston, took place last Saturday morning at St Andre's Church, Biddeford.

Officiating at the ritual was Rev Maurice Morin and organ music was presented by Mrs Laura Lauzon.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white lace gown with a bouffant, tiered skirt and long sleeves. A crown of rosettes held her fingertip length veil and she carried a bouquet of white roses.

The groom's sister, Miss Suzanne Martel, was maid of honor, the groom's father was best man and ushering duties were performed by Lauren Foster. Miss Martel Martel wore a pink satin dress and bolero jacket with pink appliques on the skirt.

The couple, employed at West Point Pepperell Inc., Biddeford will make their home at 16 Jefferson Court.

The bride was educated in Los Angeles, Calif., while the groom attended Biddeford School.
